About the Client:
Our client is highly skilled in project management of M&E building services installation. With a large staff of directly employed engineers and specialist sub-contractor engineers our client offers a complete mechanical and electrical solution to main contractors.
The company has a long trading history and consistently demonstrates strong financial security. The average value of contracts they undertake is around £4 million.
About the Role:
Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken by Projects Engineers and professional standards are kept
Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals
Exercise financial management checks, including reporting on the contract’s financial status on a monthly basis
About the Candidate:
Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients
Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 4 million
Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
Points of Appeal:
Excellent chance of a senior management role within a highly successful and financially solid M&E Contractor
