Our client is a leading and well respected M&E Building Services Provider, operating on a nationwide basis, with an annual turnover in excess of £250 million.
The group is a multi-national organisation that has built up an enviable reputation for providing both first class engineering solutions and effective customer service. My client have one of the strongest order books in the industry having recently secured 3 major projects in the London area several more in the pipe line.
Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervalsManaging on site labourWorking with the Project Manager to ensure the project runs to program and a high quality installation is conductedEnsure health and Safety procedures are monitored and maintained throughout the duration of the project
Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients
Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 5 million
Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
Proven to consistently deliver good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors
