Looking for a Senior Mechanical Estimator with the ability to hit the ground running in a major M&E Contractor.

About the Role:
Working within an established M&E Estimating team.
Typical projects that you will be tendering for will include education, office, retail and housing developments.
Based from the London/Middlesex headquarters you will use your proven experience to competitively price tenders up to 10 million.
Performing site visits and working with Engineers to establish best value in tenders.
Using estimating software to calculate tenders.
About the Candidate:
You will be a proven Mechanical Estimator with experience working on commercial tenders up to at least 3-5 million.
It is a necessity to have a good trade background in M&E/HVAC building services.
Living locally to Middlesex, North West London you will be able to commute to the office within an hour.
You will be experienced in using estimating software.
