Excellent opportunity for a Kent based Mechanical Building Services Estimator to join a well established and stable M&E Contractor.

About the Client:

Our client currently has fantastic growth with a current turnover in excess of 25 million. They are now looking to acquire a Mechanical Estimator to join their growing business. They are local to Kent and based in the Maidstone area. Ideally you will come from Dover, Canterbury, Ashford or Kent in general as they are looking for a locally based and experienced Estimator.

About the Role:

Must have in depth mechanical background.
Will be expected to meet strict deadlines.
Obtaining competitive quotations.
Experience of electronic estimating packages.
Involvement in internal and external meetings.
Strong team playing skills.
Experience in tendering on jobs up to a value of £3m.

About the Candidate:

You must have experience of a dedicated Mechanical Estimating role in an M&E (Mechanical and Electrical Contractor).
Experience within the Commercial Building Services sector.
Good in-depth knowledge of the mechanical building industry.
Confident communicator across all levels of the business.
Career driven.
Computer literate.
Based within 1 hour of Maidstone area.
