My client are a leading M&E Contractor turning over £200M nationwide. Due to continued expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for an intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer.


About the Client:
My client are a leading M&E Contractor turning over £200M nationwide. The type of Projects they are involved in range from hospitals, schools, commercial offices, and retail. Project values can range anything from £2-25M and have an enviable reputation for producing high quality installations to program and budget.


About the Role:

As part of the design team you will  carry out the design as required by the client that meets their requirements whilst keeping to time and budget constraints and taking into account of the environmental impacts of the design.



About the Candidate:

The ideal candidate will be able to:

Carry out design calculations utilising both manual and computer packages
Communicate design on to a drawing, single line for CAD by others
Co-Ordinate other building services within a building and alter drawings accordingly
Follow QA proceedures and liase with bid teams, and other design department members
