About the Role:
Responsible for producing design plans for retail, commercial and public sector projects
Working within environmental and sustainability boundaries to meet clients needs
Operating with a range of specialist engineers to provide customers with an all-round service
Liasing with clients to understand their needs
Training and development of less senior members of staff when required
About the Candidate:
Chartered qualified
Environmental and sustainability knowledge
Low Carbon consultant would be an advantage
Over 5 years Building Services or contracting experience
Clean room experience would be an advantageous
Good client liasing skills
