An international multi million engineering consultancy seeks a project engineer to manage at their Phillipines branch.

The client is a leading engineering consultancy with offices based across world wide. They complete arrange of projects up to the value of £150million with their clients being other blue chip engineering consultancies.

Being based 95% of the time in their Phillopines office working on UK projects. Depending on the scales of the projects, it may be required to travel to other offices, for example the United States or China.

Managing a team of 15-20 people, 7-8 being engineers and the remaining being a team of draughtsman including a drawing office manager.

Overseeing the projects, drawings and answering incoming queries.

Liasing on a face to face basis with clients who would be other project engineers.

Reporting to the company Directors.

It is essential they have a strustural engineering background.

Must have experience of managing a team of persons, ideally 3 upwards.

Enthusiasm and drive to keep motivated as well as being able to motivate others.

Ideally have a technical background or experience.
