Our client is a leading, and well-respected West Country M&E Building Services Provider, with a turnover in the region of 15 Million Pounds.

The company is currently looking to take on a Mechanical Site Manager to work alongside their Contracts Manager with their high profile Plymouth clients.

The current portfolio of projects are valued around 2 million and this represents, locally, their core client base for PPM projects.

Experience of site surveying and estimating new works in existing PPM scheduled works
Need to coordinate ductwork and pipe work small-works installations on site, and identify other opportunities to add to the asset register of work
Management of labour and sub contractors and work with other contractors brought in for installation projects
Need to preparation method statements
Experience of general site management, ordering materials, client liaison
