My client is a rapidly growing FM provider looking for a dynamic Senior Contracts Manager to help grow the region.
About the Client:
My client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Contracts Manager with proven experience within the Property sector. They are based in Scotland and have recently opened offices in London and the North of England on the back of obtaining further work from the clients in Scotland.
About the Role:
To attend contract meetings both within the Company and with clients and obtain any specific information required for the meeting.
To liaise with all staff of all disciplines to co-ordinate all works as appropriate.
To liaise with all customers and their representatives to ensure their requirements are understood and met.
To ensure profitability is maintained at all times.
To ensure that work is invoiced regularly and that therefore W.I.P is kept within acceptable limits.
Ensure that all service and day-to-day works associated with the contract/relationship achieve agreed KPI service levels.
To ensure profitability is maintained at all times.
About the Candidate:
Experience of other related building fabric and soft FM services
Excellent technical knowledge of HVAC and building services engineering
Knowledge of management reporting, KPi, SLA etc
HSE and Regulation compliance
