They are now looking to acquire a Maintenance Co-ordinator to run maintenance programmes from their Kings Lynn base. The company are currently looking for a Maintenance Co-ordinator to help drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role:
Co-ordination of PPM System through PPM Supervisor
Co-ordination of Response Maintenance through Response Supervisor
Highlight trends and maintenance issues to Site Operations Manager and Authority Staff.
Manage programme in order to achieve best value for money through life cycle costing and product specification.
Allocate resources to programmed work in order to manage the use of labour
Co-ordination of Schedule B inspection activities.Team are provided with general assistance where required.
Provide Technical Support
Liaise with REFM Technical where required, providing support on technical matters.
Liaise with Quantity Surveyor regarding Commercial Surveyor regarding commercial information requirements.
Provide technical assistance and management input on larger projects where requested by Site Operations Manager..

About the Candidate:
The job holder should be able to demonstrate the key skills required for the position and hold a relevant qualification such as - ONC/HNC and OR City & Guilds. Customer and delivery focus is an essential requirement for the position; applicants ideally should have previous experience of working within MOD Environment.
