About the Client:

Our client is currently looking to take on an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to take full responsibility for surveying activities on allocated contracts. As an experienced member of the team you will be responsible for developing and mentoring junior members of the team.
About the Role:
Calculate costs associated with contract variations
An up-to-date list of known variations produced for each valuation
Ability to provide satisfactory answers for any effects on cash flow
Ability to train, develop and mentor junior members of the team
