Outstanding opportunity for London based M&E Maintenance Managing Director
About the Client:
Our client currently has fantastic growth in Commercial and Industrial pre-planned maintenance sectors with a current turnover of around £20,000,000. They are now looking to acquire a Managing Director to run the business from their London based offices. The company are currently looking for an innovative top end Director with ambition and fresh ideas to drive their thriving business to new heights and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2009 and in to the future.
About the Role:
To generate new business and reorganise the company throughout the UK
To devise and implement a fresh new structure for the company with a base to help the company expand and diversify its current work focus
To make clear attainable objectives with a five year plan
To target weaknesses in the business, eliminate them and implement cost effect solutions
To convey a new company work ethic to all members of the company
To maintain maintaining a large scale commercial operation in the hard services (with some soft services) within an industrial/commercial environment
To implement ideas to increase company turnover, profitability, and efficiency
About the Candidate:
Must have an in depth M&E maintenance background
Must be able to demonstrate a history of company loyalty and career progression from project engineer through to Directorship.
Must be motivated by the challenge of reinvigorating the business with long term goals above everything else
Ideally worked in a similar role with a similarly sized company
Must be able to demonstrate abilities in improving company efficiency and profitability
Will be ambitious, visionary, and hard working
Good commercial acumen and client facing skills, business generation abilities at the top end scale a must
Will need to have a high degree of competence in using MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as being pro active and results orientated
