Our client is a leading and well respected M&E Building Services Provider, operating on a nationwide basis, with an annual turnover in excess of £200 million.

Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken by Projects Engineers and professional standards are kept
Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals Managing several projects and maintaining good client relationships
Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients
Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 10 million
Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
Proven to consistently deliver good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors
