Our client is a leading and well respected M&E Building Services Provider, operating on a nationwide basis, with an annual turnover in excess of £300 million.
The group is a multi-national organisation that has built up an enviable reputation for providing both first class engineering solutions and effective customer service. They have recently secured a high profile project within the Cambridgeshire area valued at £120M total build.
Ensure that all Contract Engineering functions are properly undertaken by Projects Engineers and professional standards are kept
Work within set financial budgets and financial targets for awarded contract, and report on the financial status of each contract at monthly intervals Prepare procurement and programme is set prior to going on siteEnsure Health and Safety conditions and procedures are in place
Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients
Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 15 million
Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
Proven to consistently deliver good financial returns on projects, taking into account all relevant factors
