- 5 years experience as a buillding services CAD operator
- A strong consultancy or M&E contractor background
- Able to use the most recent M&E AUTOCAD packages
- Must have a stable career background within a similar environment
- Must be able to perform complete site surveys
- Must be eligible to work in the UK
