We are looking for a hard-working, professional Key Account Manager, experienced in water treatment. The successful individual will come from a recognised water treatment background, to join this already high performing team. You will be responsible for Key Account Management and the servicing of a number of key sites within the North East Region.
A recognised leader within the water treatment industry that has experienced rapid growth in recent times. Last year they grew by nearly 50% and they are on target to grow by a significant amount again this year, making them one of the industry’s fastest growing companies. As such this is a fantastic opportunity to take a senior role with excellent potential to earn, within an already high performing team.
- You will be required to manage a number of prestigious accounts across the North East
- The majority of your week will be spent at 1 key site with the rest of your week covering 2 other major sites / accounts
- This will include regular meetings to review current activity across the sites, covering the activities of facility managers, site managers, health & safety managers (remedial works), new works, new contracts and any emerging problems
- In carrying out the role you will also have to be in touch with your team of engineers and service chemists on a regular basis – as well as clients in order to secure access permits
- Finally in addition to onsite project management and ensuring water treatment parameters are kept you will also be required to keep up to date the management of the Legionella log book
- You will come from a Water Treatment background, preferably combining both sales experience and time spent in a ‘hands on’ engineer/technician role
- You will have excellent communication skills
- You will ideally be located in the North East
- Ideally you will have a friendly personality, but a hard-working, ambitious and enthusiastic nature
