Internal Sales Manager required for leading Curtain Walling Contractor based in the South West
Our client is a leading curtain walling contractor based in the South West of England. They have a multi million pound turnover and a solid reputation throughout the industry. The are currently looking to source an experienced internal sales manager with some curtain walling experience to push forward the internal sales team and increase revenue
- Managing a small team of customer care advisors
- Selling the products of the company to the public and increasing revenue and turnover
- Dealing with the public and answering any questions that they may have
- Processing orders as they come in and making sure that these are dealt with in a professional manner
- Liaising with senior management
- Take full responsibilty of the day-to-day running of the internal sales side of the business
- MUST have some curtain walling and product knowledge
- Must have sales or estimating experience
- MUST have fantastic customer service skills
- MUST be computer literate
- MUST be capable of running a team of at least 4 others
- MUST be able to liaise with senior management
- MUST have dealt with the public in past positions
- MUST be confident of increasing turnover and revenue
- MUST have had face-to-face sales experience
