A well established Industrial Roofing & Cladding sub contractor requires an Intermediate Estimator due to their high enquiry levels and busy order book
About the Client:
Our client is a medium sized Roofing & Cladding sub contractor backed by a multi-million pound organisation. They have a very strong order book and are looking to expand the business. They carry out contracts for a wide range of clients, mainly in the commercial sector for some of the UK’s main building contractors. They are capable of completing both New Build and Refurbishment works surpassing clients’ expectations time and time again.
About the Role:
Assist in reviewing and reporting on the clients’ enquiries to enable a decision to be made on their bid
Prepare accurate cost estimates for Roofing & Cladding contracts
Present the prepared tender documents to Senior Estimator
Generate enquiries through calling up Main Contractors
About the Candidate:
Must have a minimum of two years experience in an Estimating role
Proactive and committed attitude at all times
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Good career stability and loyalty
