About the Client:
An outstanding salary package is now on offer for the right candidate to eventually head up a division of a successful Electrical Contractor with a turnover of work secured in 2007 of 10 million. Our client has two priorities over the next 5 years; to grow the turnover of electrical work secured in the markets they already have a well-established base in to 15 million, and to find excellent candidates to head up the 4 planned divisions that the business will be divided into. Currently 4 markets contribute a combined 10 million pounds of revenue each year to the company and this is headed up by the current MD. The company needs to find new heads of these departments who will over the next 5 years be phased in and promoted to take overall control of their revenue earning potential. Currently the NICEIC qualifying supervision is outsourced and a priority of the one of these heads of department is to integrate this testing and inspection into the department. This will become an important part of the company and your contribution to establishing and consolidating this new direction of the business, and its profitability, will be directly reflected annually in your bonus.

About the Role:
This role is a direct ladder to the head of the department Ideally you will be able to develop and establish the NICEIC qualifying supervision An outstanding opportunity: The profit of generating new business will be directly reflected annually in your bonus The increase in annual turnover to 15 million for the all the departments will be reflected in your bonus

With excellent long-term relationships with its business partners such as electrical wholesalers and main contractors gives you the opportunity to eventually run a successful company without the start-up difficulties You will eventually be given options to buy into a stake of the company’s shares and directly receive 50% of your division’s profit Outstanding basic salary, negotiable, with fantastic bonuses and benefits

About the Candidate:
There is the potential, when established, to receive 50% share of the business you generate. The successful candidate will be the next face of the individual business unit and will need to show previous experience of developing markets this company currently is strong in; your ability to further penetrate these existing markets will be exceptionally well rewarded through a direct profit sharing scheme tailored to you.
