• Responsible for producing design plans for retail, commercial and public sector projects
• Working within environmental and sustainability boundaries to meet clients needs
• Operating with a range of specialist engineers to provide customers with an all-round service
• Liasing with clients to understand their needs
• Training and development of less senior members of staff when required

• Chartered qualified
• Environmental and sustainability knowledge
• Low Carbon consultant would be an advantage
• Over 5 years Building Services or contracting experience
• Clean room experience would be an advantageous
• Good client liasing skills
