Preparing and vetting tenders from architect’s plans and bills of quantities.

Visiting and carrying out site surveys and agreeing final accounts.

Attending both pre and post tender meetings with clients
 

An experienced estimator that has worked within a relevant industry ie aluminium windows, curtain walling and rain screen cladding.

The ability to price tenders that are for projects over £500k in value.

Well presented and good communication skills

Self driven and the ability to work well as an individual or in a team
