Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Construction Estimator based in the North West
About the Client:
Our client has established themselves as a serious competitor to its rivals by combining the skills, experience and systems of a major player with the personal touch of a private business. There business will be within the Health, Education, Hotel & Leisure and general Commercial projects. Their main focus is on projects within the £5m - £15m band and therefore looking for an estimator who has tendered on these types of work using the Conquest estimating package.
About the Role:
Must have Estimating Experience within the Construction sector
Taking off Quantities, Preparing bills of quantities, sub-contract quotes etc
Liaising with the contract team & regular client meetings
Reporting into the Estimating Manager
About the Candidate:
You must come from a Main Contractor background
Experience tendering in the £5 - £15 million pound bracket
Must have used Conquest estimating package
Strong client facing skills
Minimum 5 years experience
Great Package
