An opportunity has become available for an Estimating Manager within a well established company in the Curtain Walling industry
About the Client:
Our client is a curtain walling sub contractor specialising in Curtain Walling & Roof Glazing. Due to the continued growth of their Curtain Walling division they are looking for an experienced Estimating Manager to run the Estimating team and take the company to the next level. They are specialists in aluminium and structural glazing systems using their own in house bespoke systems.
About the Role:
Manage workload of the estimating team
Ensure that the estimating departments meet strict deadlines
Attend pre, mid and post tender meetings
Prepare briefs for estimators to assist with pricing
Submit tenders and follow up work to ensure the awarding of a contract
Report into the Commercial Manager assisting with Commercial aspects of a contract
About the Candidate:
Minimum of ten years in an estimating role within curtain walling
Excellent man management and interpersonal skills
Career driven and ambitious
Proactive and committed attitude at all times
Ability to portray expertise in the role
