An outstanding salary package is now being made to both electrical and mechanical building services engineers to take the leading roles on a commercial new-build project, value of M&E works - 7 million; group turnover 50 million. Our client is one of the most in-demand companies in the South West that completes strongly against the regional offices of the majors. Its track record of being the preferred supplier of building services to local construction companies can be explained by 4 factors.
Established 50 years ago in the Bristol area our client is local and understands local business. It has excellent contacts brought in though highly successful directors who have each established their own independent contracting firms before becoming part of the team; these managers bring extensive goodwill to our client. To gel managers and engineers attracted to our client from the majors to a more medium sized company the best of local knowledge and people skills with the experience of contracting from the majors have been forged to create a highly professional working environment with a vested interest in the local community.
The company from its beginning has held equally the balance of mechanical and electrical. This has allowed it to keep its best talent early on and has an equal balance of both mechanically and electrically biased directors Whether you are electrically biased or mechanically you ability to be promoted to upper management will not be effected by your background; what you can expect to be given is excellent investment in understanding how to share knowledge.
