About the Client:
Our client is a leading and well-respected London M&E Contractor with offices in Central London. Commercial Development has always been a key area of focus for our client and this is where many of their relationships with blue chip clients have developed. They apply their experience in this sector to deliver better value results for clients. Our client is currently looking to take on an experienced Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor, with an electrical bias, to take full responsibility for surveying activities on allocated contracts
About the Role:
Calculate costs associated with contract variations
An up-to-date list of known variations produced for each valuation
Ability to provide satisfactory answers for any effects on cash flow
Points of Appeal:
Excellent chance for a surveyor to be promoted to senior surveyor
Excellent basic circa 40K, commanding competitive benefits
