Our client has had fantastic growth in the Commercial sector with a current turnover over £51m. They are now looking for a senior electrical project manager to join their thriving business. They are looking to acquire someone with vast experience to join a winning team and help the organisation achieve their growth targets for 2010 and beyond.
About the Role:
Client liaison ensuring budget and time constraints are met
Subcontractor recruitment and organisation of a work force of up to 50 men
Health and Safety responsibilities for all of the work force
Majority of jobs in the Newcastle Area
Ensuring that all electrical and engineering functions are properly met by Project Supervisors and Electrical staff
Will prepare quotes occasionally
About the Candidate:
Experience of working on Commercial jobs essential
Experience of handling jobs over £2,000,000 is key
Good communication skills vital
Keen eye for detail
Ensuring staff morale remains high
Managing the financial status of project under their control
Must have experience of using the "estimation" estimating package
