Medium-sized Electrical and Mechanical Building Services Contractor is currently looking to develop a successful Electrical Engineer.
Our client currently turns over in excess of 5 million pounds worth of contracts per annum. They are based in the heart of Bedfordshire and find most of the work that is awarded is within this area and London. They are well established and developing a larger base of blue-chip clients.
- To assist in the managing of electrical projects up to the value of 1.5 Million.
- To manage all commercial aspects of the project, ensuring records are kept of variations to the contact and reported in a timely manner to the contracts manager.
- To deal with variations and calculations as they arise.
- To manage and provide solutions to the client’s technical issues.
- To control materials and labour on site
- Must live within an easy communing distance to Luton.
- Must have excellent experience in the Electrical Contracting industry.
- Must have a good trade background in Electrical Building Services.
- Must be computer literate.
- Must have experience of this role in previous company.
