About the Role:
Delivering projects on time and to the specification
Winning of business and client relationship building
Site monitoring of building services
Management of design projects with cost and programme constraints
Carrying out surveys, inspections and producing reports
About the Candidate:
Degree, chartered or applying within the next two years
Relevant experience in the design and site monitoring of Building Services in the Commercial
A Vertical Transportation or a Lighting specialism would also be of interest
IT skills would be an advantage
Healthcare and Research fields would be an advantage
