Our client is looking to source a Curtain Walling Design Manager to join their growing team
About the Client:
Our client is a well-established Curtain Walling sub-contractor who is continually looking to expand their business. Due to a busy order book they are looking for a Design Manager to join their organisation. They have a reputable name in the South East and enjoy the benefit of repeat business from existing clients as well as expanding their client base continuously
About the Role:
Designing, Drafting and Detail Design Elements on a facade project
Product Research & 3D Modelling
Liaising with other specialist sub-contractors and consultants to ensure working drawings which will take precedence on the entire scheme
Managing a team of Draughtsmen to ensure targets, programmes and an extremely high standard of drawings are produced
About the Candidate:
MUST have full knowledge of CAD and demonstrative ability
MUST have 10 years experience in building elements and facades
MUST have clear and robust knowledge not only of GLAZING but CLADDING, RAIN SCREENS and PRIMARY and TERTIARY FAÇADE/ENVELOPE elements
To be able to demonstrate ability to lead and co-ordinate a team of designers
