Our client is a successful M&E Building Services Engineering Consultancy with an excellent track record over the last 30 years. They have a permanent staff of 25 and are fortunate to be able to say the majority of them have been with the company for many years. This consultancy’s core work is to design and specify the mechanical and electrical services for large office blocks or other large commercial premises on behalf of their clients: Prudential, Vodafone, Nationwide Building Society, Fujitsu, and BBC. These projects can be new, refurbishment and planned maintenance and average up to the value of 10 million.

All aspects of the Design and Specification of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services Installation Project control and management Managing surveying processes Liasing with quality inspections Dealing with contractors Report writing O&M manuals
