BSc Construction Management or Civil Engineering, MCIOB, HND Building or similar

Current health and safety certificate

CSCS card

General contacting, external refurbishment or specialist external trade contracting

Experience in high quality brickwork or stone masonry

Able to ensure operatives work safely

Good organisational skills

Good communication skills

Able to present tool box talks

General computer skills
