Our client is a specialist Demolition sub-contractor looking for a Contracts Manager with Estimating experience
About the Client:
Our client is an expert contractor from within the Demolition industry, capable of acting as a principal or sub contractor. All of their work is carried out by fully trained professionals and it is their promise to ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget. As part of their service they also carry out Site Clearance, Asbestos Removal and Strip Out works.
About the Role:
Estimating, assessing and evaluating tender projects
Liaising with major clients, contractors and sub-contractors
Developing method statements, risk assessments and organising plant and labour requirements
Overseeing all aspects of a contract ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget
Attend site meetings and report relevant details to Managing Director
About the Candidate:
Minimum of five years experience in the Demolition industry
Must have worked for a Demolition sub contractor
Excellent man management skills
Ability to portray expertise in the role
Proactive and committed attitude at all times
