The company is currently looking for experienced Industrial Roofing and Cladding Contracts Manager for their London projects.
About the Client:
My client has various offices throughout the UK and is a leading building envelope provider. The company complete a range of commercial work across the UK up to the value of £9million. The company turnover is in excess of £50million and they have been established for over 20 years.
About the Role:
Responsibility for completing projects on time, within budget and to acceptable quality
Maintaining excellent relationships with the companies clients and installers
Source, supervise, quality control and generally manage installation teams
Providing Risk Assessments in addition to Method Statements
Responsibility for Health and Safety
About the Candidate:
Experience within the industrial roofing and cladding industry
Experienced as a contracts or project manager
Ideally have worked on multiple multi million commercial projects
A good communicator
