Major Building Envelope Provider is currently looking for an experienced Curtain Walling Estimator to join their current team in their Tyne & Wear branch.
About the Client:
My client is based has various offices across Scotland and the North of England. The company turnover is in excess of £30million and they have been established for over 50 years. They specialise in Curtain Walling and complete commercial projects across Scotland and the North of England ranging from £50k to £2.5million.
About the Role:
Responsibility for completing projects on time, within budget and to acceptable quality
Maintaining excellent relationships with the companies clients and installers
Source, supervise, quality control and generally manage installation teams
Providing Risk Assessments in addition to Method Statements
Responsibility for Health and Safety
About the Candidate:
Experience within the curtain walling industry
Ideally have experience of sapa, technal and universal products
Experienced as a Contracts or Project Manager
Must have commercial experience
A good communicator
