Dynamic Mechanical Contracts Manager Sought, with experience within the Hospital Sector.
My Client is a Mechanical Heating and Ventilation Company with a £2M + turnover. Their books are busy, and they have a good client base. They have built up a good reputation for providing long-term client relationships, partnerships and repeat business which forms the backbone of their strategy for continued successful growth.
The role would suit a person who has a Hospital Contract Management background, and has the ability to run a contract from initial start up to final handover. The role would offer scope to progress to a higher position within the Co. effectively having sole responsibility
Experience of contracting for top blue-chip clients Experienced in the production, and planning of the timing and accuracy of reports, installation and procurement programmes for projects of values to 1 million Experienced in managing the financial status of projects under their control
