About the Client:
Our client has been established for over 45 years and is a leading name and player within the Civil engineering, earthworks and demolition sector. They are looking to bring in an experienced Demolition Contracts Manager to work on one of the leading projects in the West Midlands at the moment. This role will involve working alongside NETWORK RAIL so extensive knowledge of their standards, and specifications along with work package planning and task briefings is essential.
About the Role:
Involved in the Prequalification and tender process
Contract Preparation
Involved in Procurement of Sub-Contract works
Involved in Notification & Permits
Attend Pre- Contract Meetings
Client Liaison
About the Candidate:
NETWORK RAIL experience is vital, so extensive knowledge of their standards, and specifications along with work package planning and task briefings is essential
Experience of managing a budget
Team Orientated
Computer Literate
Excellent client facing skills
CSCS Card, Asbestos aware, Working knowledge of plant and equipment
NVQ Level 4 – Demolition Manager
