A well-established Essex based Contract Cleaning and Events Cleaning firm is looking for a Contracts Manager to take over the running and retention of 30+ clients in the South East
About the Client:
The client is a well established Facilities Management firm. They provide a range of cleaning services including commercial cleaning and events clean-up. Based in Essex, they also provide waste management services, although this role is solely focused on the commercial cleaning side of the business. They have 35 years of experience in all aspects of event, domestic and industrial cleaning with a wide spectrum of clients across the UK
About the Role:
Managing 30+ clients, making weekly visits to ensure standards are upheld
Dealing with issues that arise and providing viable solutions
Completing monthly service audits
Liasing with directors on a regular basis, although the role will be primarily self-managing
Working within a growing, well-established facilities management firm
About the Candidate:
Experience in the Contract Cleaning and Facilities Management Industry is a must
Professionally and personally confident for this client facing role
An expert at managing your own time and without a need to be micro managed
Only promises what can be delivered
Proven sales track record and plenty of business to business sales experience
