About the Client:
Our client is a well know family run demolition contractor with a reputation as a leader within the industry. They are known for delivering projects across all sectors for their clients which has been built on trust and ability to protect their client’s reputation. They are now looking to bring and experienced Contracts Manager, ideally with a commercial background, in to the business to help drive the business forward
About the Role:
Understanding client requirements and advising clients
Working closely with the demolition surveying departments
Writing method statements, risk assessments and completing H.S.E. notification.
Organising and managing labour and sub contractors
About the Candidate:
You MUST come from a specialist Demolition contractor Background
Ideally have a commercial (Quantity Surveyor) background
Good longevity at you current employer
Experienced within the commercial and industrial sectors of demolition
Ideally based around the Bristol area
Good communicator across all levels of business
