Outstanding opportunity within the Industrial Roofing sector for an experienced Contracts Coordinator.
Our client is a leading industrial roofing contractor who has a turnover in excess of £25 million. They have been established for over 50 years and are looking for an individual to assist the Branch and Contracts Manger. They have an outstanding reputation within the industry and have a low turnover of staff. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a market leader.
- Attending contract handover meetings and develop contract files
- Source and order materials using preferred suppliers where possible and seek more competitive prices
- Liaising with sub-contractors
- Assist in aspects of HR for operatives, including organisation of training , absence reports and holidays
- Arrange and manage deliveries to sites by suppliers and in house transportation
- Record and manage contract expenditure and reporting to the manager
- Maintaining the supplies of stationary, equipment and PPE
- Experience within administration and purchasing
- Competent in Microsoft Office or equivalent
- Mathematical and English abilities
- Have the desire and motivation to progress within the company
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Be able to motivate and develop other members of the team
- Good communication and social skills
- Experience in industrial roofing preferable
