An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Estimator/Commercial Manager within a reputable Building Envelope sub-contractor
Our client is a market leader in providing complete Building Envelope solutions to a wide variety of clients throughout the commercial & industrial sectors. As well as their Roofing, Cladding and Curtain Walling divisions they boast their own in-house manufacturing facility. Although Midlands based, they have a great reputation throughout the UK and are capable of completing projects up to £8million
•Reporting into the Managing Director, keeping him informed of all commercial aspects of Curtain Walling projects
•Overseeing a team of Estimators, as well as contributing to tender enquiries on Curtain Walling projects
•Liaising with clients, sub-contractors and Main Contractors
•Monitor costs and ensure sub-contract claims are met
•Minimum of ten years experience in an Estimating role within Curtain Walling
•Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
•Proactive and committed attitude at all times
•Dynamic and career driven
•Good knowledge of Kawneer and Comar
•Reporting directly to Managing Director
•Excellent career prospects
