I currently represent a high-end manufacturer within the Air Conditioning sector.
Due to an internal promotion my client has asked me to go into the market and identify a key individual to come on board as an Area Sales Manager.
This person will have a good understanding of cooling or heating product sales – selling into Distributors and Installation companies. Most importantly this person will be someone with career ambition, drive and the skills needed to build rapport at the highest level.
As a leading player already this area is the richest within the company – last year finished 140% of target, and currently has over 200 open accounts. So you can imagine it leans heavy on account management, but new business opportunities are never far away.
As a company they can offer a strong package, including a commission structure that smashes most out of the water, company car, laptop, pension, healthcare and even a lunch allowance

The Role
·Selling Air Conditioning to System Installation companies
·Maintaining a tenacious approach, with a view of sourcing new business accounts
·Providing a customer service from the first point of sale through to completion
·Building long term business relationships
·Travel South UK
