My client is a market leader within the HVAC industry who are re-known for quality when talking about Air Handling Units. What makes my client stand out amongst competition is the fact that they offer a bespoke design solution specific to the project in hand. They are currently seeking a highly pro-active Business Development Manager with experience in selling to M&E Consultants, Contractors and End Users. The role will entail a mixture of New Business versus Account Management Ideal applicant will have a thinking out of the box attitude, twinned with leadership skills, and career ambition. Most importantly this person will not have ‘box shifting attitude’, but more of a complete solutions focus. The Person ·Air movement experience ·Able to build client rapport ·Living South West ·Experience in M&E Consultants ·Thrives on smashing targets and reaping the rewards ·Comfortable dealing at boardroom level ·Career minded, and ambitious ·Team Player who can perform in a fast paced environment The Role ·Promoting their range of AHU’s ·M&E Consultants & Contractors ·Maintaining a tenacious approach, with a view of sourcing new business accounts ·Maintaining rapport with a portfolio of key existing clients ·Providing a customer service from the first point of sale through to completion ·Liaising with the in house specification team to ensure feedback is generated and channelled back ·Building long term business relationships ·Travel throughout South West The Prospects ·Global Market Leader ·Key account management ·Clear progression path for the right individual ·Liaising with high profile clients ·Organically grown company ·Strong financial bonuses including awards
