Business Development Manager Job - Industrial Roofing Vacancies
Our client is a well-respected Industrial Roofing Contractor looking to source a Business Development Manager to take the company to the next level.
About the Client:
Our client is a leading specialist sub contractor who has been established now for well in excess of 20 years. They have an excellent reputation and have undertaken numerous prestigious projects locally. They are looking to increase their turnover now and are looking to source the right person to take them to that next level
About the Role:
Developing tender opportunities for business throughout the North of England
Dealing with main contractors, PQS firms and developers
Creating relationships with main contractors so as to make our client a preferred bidder
Gaining an idea of what budgets clients have to work within
Working to a target for new business
Helping the North region grow and increase turnover
About the Candidate:
Must have experience of working for a specialist sub contractor
Building envelope experience is preferred but not essential
Previous knowledge and experience of selling a service to main contractors
Able to work on own initiative and closely with the estimating department
Good rapport building skills and able to close deals. Must have a knowledge or have worked within the industrial roofing and cladding industry
