Our client is looking to source an experienced Building Surveyor to work in and around the Glasgow region
Our client is an established and well respected Industrial Roofing contractor based in Scotland. Due to expansion they are looking to source an experienced Building Surveyor to carry out surveys and trouble shoot on existing clients portfolios. The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the Industrial Roofing industry
- Carrying out surveys and troubleshooting on roofs across Glasgow and the surrounding area’s
- Reporting to Clients and Directors on clients portfolios
- Advising on the best course of action in terms of roof repairs
- Demonstrate usage of risk assessment methodology for lone workers
- Identification of asbestos containing products
- Develop an organised and prioritising surveying practice
- Must have a proven surveying track record within the roofing industry
- Must have relevant qualifications and tickets
- Must be able to identify roof limits
- Must be able to identify existing roofing / cladding materials
- Must live within travelling distance of Glasgow / Edinborough
