BMS Commissioning Engineer Job - BMS and Controls Vacancies
Excellent role for experienced BMS/Controls Commissioning Engineer.
About the Client:
Our client has a large base of existing clients in the BMS and Controls sector. Their market is typically from 100K to 500K and many of the contracts are award as repeat business, with a small arm of the business providing both service and small works in BMS/Controls to a longstanding client base. Their attention to detail and the quality of the companies work is a source of pride for the company with many of the staff coming from large companies attracted by the possibility of being part of a fast growing company.
About the Role:
Commissioning a variety of BMS systems on projects up to 500K.
Typical areas of work include commercial offices, academies and hospitals.
Commissioning of controllers managing the main heating and cooling plant, the main air handling unit, extract plant, and chilled beams.
Assist installation team with any technical quires.
Liaise with other plant commissioners and test operation to the BMS system.
Produce commissioning documentation and mark up drawing.
About the Candidate:
Knowledge of a variety of leading BMS Hardware.
Knowledge of a variety of BMS Control Software.
Knowledge of Electrical/Electronic Equipment and Systems.
Knowledge of Mechanical Systems and associated plant.
