Our client is a well-established mechanical contractor installing Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning for the social housing sector, turning over around 17 million. The company is currently looking to take on an experienced AC/domestic gas engineer with an excellent understanding of air-conditioning for a new, prestigious project in the North East.
• Work on Air Conditioning jobs in a variety of commercial premises such as schools as hospitals
• Maintaining a tenacious approach, with a view of sourcing new business accounts
• Providing a customer service from the first point of contact to completion
• Building long term business relationships, working largely on installation and maintenance contracts
• Travelling the North West
• Good Air Conditioning Experience
• Must have experience using air source and solar heating with relevant qualifications
• CSCS card and asbestos awareness advantageous
• Requires CCN1 Domestic Gas qualification
• Must be North East based
