Area Sales Manager

Our client is looking for an ambitious, dynamic and motivated Area Sales Manager. Join a purpose-led business and a market leading supplier of external wall insulation and specialist render systems, with a long history of technical excellence in the industry, spanning over 40 years. Supplying both the newbuild and retrofit construction and refurbishment sectors, an exciting opportunity has arisen due to their continued growth in servicing the architectural specification sector.

Responsibilities:

• The Area Sales Manager is responsible for developing specifications an opportunities within both the New Build and Refurbishment sectors.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the region.
• Report directly to the Sales Director.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

• For the Area Sales Manager role a minimum 3 years working within a construction specification or technical sales role is desired.
• Knowledge of the insulated facades and cladding market – preferred, but not essential.
• Tangible experience of engagement with architects, consultants, main contractors, developers and specialist façade installation contractors at all levels.
• Excellent communication (verbal/written) and presentation skills.
