Over the last 20 years, Humres has built up an excellent reputation within the construction industry having placed candidates from supervisor up to Managing Director. We believe that consultants should be specialists rather than generalist recruiters hence all of our consultants work within defined construction verticals.  If you speak with a consultant at Humres you will be speaking with someone that understands your market sector.

Our success stems from our cutting-edge approach. Our 24/7 research team sources the best candidates in the market, rather than simply relying on who is on the market. The sole task of our consultants is to communicate with candidates and clients and not be bogged down in time consuming admin. Our in-house training is second to none, and our reward and recognition system ensures that many of our consultants are still with us after their first two years in the industry.  In fact most of our divisional managers started with us as trainee consultants.

At Humres, we operate three divisions – Construction, Engineers and Sales. While they concentrate on specific candidate functions and client sectors, we pride ourselves in our networking synergies across the entire market.

The Humres Engineers vertical (www.humresengineers.co.uk) places blue-collar engineering professionals into the construction industry. Our engineers team is split into divisions that include Fire & Security, Lifts, Mechanical, Electrical and Air Conditioning. 

The Humres Sales vertical (www.humresbps.co.uk) assists building product manufacturers and distributors to service their customers.  Our building products team is split into divisions that include Facilities Management, Interiors, Exteriors, Electrical, Mechanical, Fire & Security and Hire & Plant
